After 24 years in the meat industry, Hill retired in 2021 and moved to Arizona from Colorado, having previously lived in Nebraska and Texas, to focus on hoops. Residing in Surprise with his wife, Mari, and their children, Kohen, Easton, and Bella, Hill dedicates himself to helping student-athletes grind for their goals, believing that hard work is the key to success both on and off the court.
