Baseball Career: Kyle was a two year letterman in baseball and basketball at Highland H.S. in Gilbert, AZ. Prior to a 2-year LDS mission, Kyle spent 2004 as a red-shirt at Dixie State College. Kyle played at SMCC in 2007, leading the team in home runs. He also pitched for the Cougars and led the team in saves. Kyle played for the Athletics of the Arizona Summer Collegiate League in 2007.
Personal: Kyle G. Hurst was born on August 23, 1985 in Boston, MA….he is the son of Bruce and Holly Hurst…siblings are Ryan(25), Jordan(19), Mackenzie(11)…he received his Associate’s degree in December of 2007…Kyle has not yet decided on a major.
