Baseball Career: Josh won a Arizona (5A) state championship in 2006 with Brophy Prep H.S. in Phoenix, AZ. He was named to the All-Arizona team and the 1st Team All-State first baseman after hitting 13 home runs his senior year. Josh was also named a Rawlings and Louisville 1st Team All-American first baseman in 2007. He signed with Arizona State University during his senior year of high school and was also drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in June of 2007. He played summer baseball with the Arizona Firebirds, competing in the Connie Mack World Series in 2006(national Champions) and 2007.
Personal: Josh J Garcia was born on September 23, 1988 in Phoenix, AZ….he is the son of Sal and Diana Garcia…siblings are Sal Jr.(23) and Anyssa(13)…he has not yet decided on a major in college.
